What is the difference between General and Special Powers of Appointment?

A

General PoA
- If Donee refuses to distribute => Donee’s PoA can be delegated to Donee’s creditor/estate/estate’s creditors

Special PoA
- If Donee refuses to distribute => Gift passes to class members
