A
  1. SPECIFIED IN NIGHT ORDERS
  2. NIGHT ORDERS CANT BE COMPLIED WITH
  3. MACHINERY CASUALTY OCCURS
  4. ABNORMAL READINGS
  5. ENG. DEPT. PERSONNEL INJURY
  6. COMPLETE OR PARTIAL POWER FAILURE
  7. FIRE OR FLOODING
  8. OPENING SEA STRAINER OR SKIN VALVE
  9. ENGINE OVERLOAD
  10. BYPASS SAFETY DEVICE OR AUTO SHUTOFF ALARM
  11. FLANGE SHIELDING REMOVED
  12. PUMPING BILGES BY EDUCTOR OR OWS
  13. FRESH WATER OR LIQUID LOAD WILL AFFECT TRIM
  14. CHANGE IN PLANT STATUS
  15. SEWAGE, GREY WATER, OR OWHT REACH 75%

A

Major equipment - is equipment which if not working properly, will impair the safety, operation, or damage control capability of the ship.

SHALL NOT BE PLACED OOC, WORKED WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE AND APPROVAL OF THE EPO.
