What is workday?

A

It is a self managed online portal that everyone @ enterprise can use. You can transfer employees on there, add all your personal details and even terminate contracts on that. Along the lines of an in-house LinkedIn. HR can use it to see which employees fit which jobs, for example if they need a German speaking employee in remarketing, they can contact me

Why is diversity important?

A

It means we can get the best employees from all different backgrounds and cultures. Some branches require specific ethnicities or employees who follow a specific religion just because of an area that they’re in so we have to make sure we’ve got the best employees from everywhere possible.
