Heart: neg. inotropy/chronotropy, slow AV conduction.

BVs: initially, rise in PVR. Chronically, decrease in PVR.

RAAS: inhibit renin release.

Respiratory system: increased airway resistance.

Eye: dec. aqueous humor production and intraocular pressure.

Metabolism: inhibit lipolysis, increase LDL, inhibit sugar breakdown in liver.
