Brachiofemoral delay

A

Eccentric hypertrophy
Cause: alcohol,beriberi,cocaine, chagas, coxaci B viral myocarditis, doxorubicin, hemochromatosis, sarcoidosis, thyrotoxicosis, peripartum cardiomyopathy.

Findings: HF, S3, regurgitant murmur systolic, balloon shape on cxr

Tx: Na restriction, ACEI, betablocker, diuretic, digixin, ICD, heart transplant
