A
  1. Check chart to see if it’s a restricted area.
  2. Check your not infringing local port rules.
  3. Check weather.
  4. Check charts for obstructions.
  5. Check chart to ensure seabed is suitable.
  6. Check area has shelter
  7. Check tide and current
  8. Out of the way of traffic
  9. Allow room to clear obstructions
