How many seconds do you have to inbound the ball? When does the ref start counting?
What happens after time expires?

A

5seconds.
Ref starts the timer as soon as he gives the ball to the inbounder
Ref turnovers the ball to other team after time expires

You an inbounding and your team have not taken positions, How do you buy time?

A

GO to the inbounding position and make sure your shoe lace is tight before getting the ball from the ref.

Don’t look at the ref till you are ready. If you look at Ref he/she will throw you the ball and start the timer.

You were inbounding and it is already 4 seconds and your team is not in a position to receive the ball. What do you do?

A

1) if you find a players back throw it on her and grab the rebound
2) bounce it hard on the defenders leg. Ball should come out after touching the defender. This buys you another chance to in bound.

  1. Don’t look at the ref until your team is ready
    2 Have a good view of the court
    3 keep your feet wide
    4Stay 1 feet or more behind the line
    5 Be loud when you talk
    6 Don’t pre plan on who to pass the ball to
    7 Try to do a fake pass PHRASE: Fake a pass to make a pass.
