Q

Benefits of Integration of management systems

A

Integrated systems are likely to be more cost effective than separate management systems.

Integrated systems provide the prospect of a more career awarding opportunities for specialists in each
discipline.

The process and disciplines of each management system are essentially the same so can be brought
together for a more holistic approach.

Integration will avoid the issue of solving a problem in one area but creating problems in other areas
(e.g. health & safety with environment).

A positive culture in area and drive improvements in other areas.
