Most Positive interpretation

A

We cannot choose our emotions, but we can direct our thoughts, and our thoughts affect our emotions.

When we want to nourish a specific value or emotion, we can choose to interpret it in the current situation.

Examples:

  • respect -> most respectful interpretation
  • love -> most loving interpretation
  • fun -> funniest interpretation
  • gratefulness-> most generous interpretation
  • patience -> most patient interpretation
