  • post extubation acute Resp failure
  • OSA/OHS
  • CF –> bridge to transplant
  • Acute asthma

Hypoxia

  • APO –>alveolar recruitment, decreased after load, decreased WOB
  • post op resp failure

A

Commonly have cardiac conduction abnormalities

Give Sodium bicarb for ORS .100msec or ventricular arrhythmia
