What is the knowledge-based view
Most important resource as its difficult to imitate and therefore can provide a business with a compeittive advantage. Knowledge management leverages and facilitates transfer (one unit being affected by the experiences of another). As employers estimated to pay 680 billion in employee turnover by 2020, Knowledge retention can be seen to be an important task.
