Quels examens pour suspicion d’une PI VIH ?

A
  • rechercher ARN VIH (+ 7-10 jours après sexe)
    ou
    -sérologie (AC et AG p24 => + 15-20 jours après sexe or les $ de PI apparaissent 15 jours après sexe)

=> TROD montre des AC donc inutile pour PI
