Unexplained rectal bleeding with unexplained weight loss/abdo pain/ anaemia/change in bowel habit

Unexplained weight loss with abdominal pain (40+)

Unexplained rectal bleeding (50+)

Change in bowel habit, or iron deficiency anaemia(60+)
Fecal occult bleeding on FIT test

Ulceration in anus or mass —> anal cancer pathway

Refer for fit test:
Abdo pain,
Weight loss
Anaemia (Fe deficient unless over 60- any anaemia)
