1) S.8 SEDA - immoveable asset

• if the Estate concerns wholly immoveable assets up to RM2million, ARB can apply to SEDO;
• So that ARB can be appointed as Administrator & obtain AO.

2) S.17(1) PTCA - moveable asset
- ARB can summarily administer moveable asset up to RM600k.
