• 500mcg in 2ml
• Repeat nebulised dose every 20mins; maximum of 3 doses.
Paediatric:
< 6 years > 6 years
Nebulised 250mcg in 1mL 500mcg in 2mL
• Repeat nebulised dose every 20mins; maximum of 3 doses.
