From lateral to medial:

i) Femoral nerve - anterior compartment of thigh
ii) Femoral artery - majority of arterial supply to lower limb
iii) Femoral vein - great saphenous vein drains into here.
iv) Femoral canal - contains deep lymph nodes and vessels.

The artery, vein and canal are surround in a femoral sheath.

In the case of femoral hernia - bowel pushes into the femoral canal, underneath the inguinal ligament.
