A

Origins- Lat head: post aspect of lat fem condyle
Med head: post aspect of med fem condyle

Insertion- Achilles’ tendon->tendocalcaneus into calcaneus

A

Origins- soleal line and post surface of tibia

Insertion- fuses with Achilles of gastroc to form sup part of tendocalcaneus

-v small with v large tendon, contributes little to movement

A

Origins- lat supracondylar ridge of femur above lat head of gastroc and adjacent part of popliteal surface of femur

Insertion- med side of tendocalcaneus, post calcaneus
