Central control point for the SMS and performs the integration role for all SMS Functions. Provides interface with the flight deck, weapons control panel, MCDS and ten station control units

What is the purpose and function of the Stores Management Weapons Control Panel

Provides a means for the application of power to the armament and search stores subsystems. Provides the controls to release sonobuoys, select the type of jettison desired and execute the jettison cycle. Additionally, a means to open and close the weapon bay doors and extend or retract the EO/IR station is provided.
