Remember: HADBEANS:
heparins, ACEIs/ARBs, digoxin, beta blockers, eplerenone, amiloride, NSAIDs, spironolactone

Symptoms: cardiac arrest
Treatment: oral calcium resonium, IV calcium gluconate (cardioprotection)
insulin, glucose salbutamol can also help.
