Rehabilitation Point
When a criminal is recarneated, they are effectively helped criminals cope with the outside world once they have finished their sentence, this is an attempt to prevent them from committing another crime.

Recently not been effective as the prison population has been increasing across the U.K. this century and in 2018 in Northern Ireland the Prison Population was 36% higher than it was in 2000.

Community Payback Orders can be anything between 80 hours and 300 hours allowing a Perpetrator have plenty of time to see family.
