Describe how to investigate the effect of light intensity on the height of seedlings
A
First, place cotton wool in 3 Petri dishes soaked in equal volumes of water. Place ten mustard seeds in each dish. Leave the dishes in a warm place and allow them to germinate. Water the seeds everyday with the same volume of water. Once the seeds have germinated, make sure that all the Petri dishes have the same number of seedling. Use a ruler to measure the height of each seedling, holding the stem straight. Then place the 3 dishes in different conditions: full sunlight, partial light, and darkness.
Measure the height of each seedling for 5 consecutive days and record in a table
