Why should you take ACE inhibitors at night initially?
A
Cause postural drop (from sitting to standing quickly which sometimes leads to head injuries) due to a change in BP. Take first few doses at night to prevent happening

Why do beta blockers cause possible cold extremities and fatigue ?
A
Causes fatigue and cold extremities because (beta receptors are everywhere in body) beta blockers cause fatigue because drop heart rate and can’t profuse tissues properly. Causes shortness of breath because blocks beta receptors in your lungs.
