A way to communicate w/ dispatch with out crowding the command channel

Dispatch checks the availability of a secondary tac channel
(Good to know because you would just be confirming on the radio what the secondary tac channel is instead of asking for the process of checking availability to start)
In relationship to radio traffic and tactical supervisors, what is their responsibility when receiving radio traffic?
Relay pertinent information to the people working for them on the tac channel
What is the procedure when there is a failure in the repeater system?
Use your geographically assigned command and tac channels
Place command on direct
Dispatch wont be able to hear so either update via landline, CAD or Command 12 with the appropriate tone
