- Appetite reduced
- Weight loss

- Mood low
- Anhedonia
- Irritability
- Loss of libido

General questions to ask
A
“How would you describe yourself before all of this?”
“Have you ever had any issues relating to your mental health?”
“Do you think there has been a change in your behaviour?”
Social - Where do you live? Who can you go to for help?
Substance use - particularly enquire about alcohol
Always ask RISK!

“Have you ever felt that life is not worth living?”
Ask about self harm
