عندما استيقظ مصطفى ذو ال 4 سنوات. قام من فراشه مباشرة ( straight ) ليبحث عن امه
When four-year -old Mustafa Ahmed woke up , he got straight out of bed and went to look for his mother.
كان مصدوما (puzzled) قليلا لانها معتادة ان تاتي اولا الى غرفته كل صباح لتوقظه و تساعده في ان يلبس ملابسه .
. لم تكن لديه ادنى فكرة لماذا لم توقظه و تساعده في في ان يلبس ملابسه،
( لماذا لم توقظه في ذلك الصباح المشمس ( sunny ) في ابريل
ليبحث عنها في المطبخ (kitchen ) اولا ولكن لم يجد لها اي اشارة .(sign). والحمام كان فارغا ( empty ) ايضا .
ثم فتح باب غرفتها ورأى بانها مازالت (still) نائمة. حاول ( tried ) أن يوقظها بواسطة هزها ( shaking ) و مناداتها و لكن من دون فائدة.
ومناداتها ولكن من دون فائدة لسبب ما لم يستطع ايقاضها .لطيفة ام مصطفى تعاني ( suffer ) من مرض
. وهذا يعني بان عليها ان تتحكم بالسكر في دمها عن طريق حقن injections )
من الانسولين ولكن بعض الاحيان مستويات ) levels ( السكر في دمها تنخفظ drop ) جدا عندها تفقد وعيها ) lose consciousness ) هذا ما حصل لها خلال الليل مستوى السكر دم لطيفة
