A

1) confirm that TNC is properly licensed as some cities requires insurance to provide licenses.
2) review TNC’s insurance policy on the TNC’s website
3) ask the driver to show that he has the TNC insurance information form, which all driver should have
4) driver may have the insurance policy on their smartphone app.
