Q

How do you manage airway problem if there is no suspected C spine injury?

A

Head tilt chin lift

Head tilt (with one hand) chin lift with two fingers of hand. This opens up the oropharynx so that if the tongue does go floppy, it doesn’t obstruct the airway.
