Rule: the time frame (am Wochenende) goes after haben or sein; nicht goes after the time frame and before the location; part participle comes at end

Rule: haven or sein comes second followed by noun followed by nicht
They drove to Hamburg with their car
Sie sind mit dem Auto nach Hamburg gefahren
