UIF Duration/File Access
Kept 6 mo-4 yr. Commanders and first sergeants may access the files of the personnel in their jurisdiction at any time: commanders can access all members’ files, first sergeants can only access those of enlisted members. Special Court-Martial (SPCM) | Judicial Punishment
