look for the rise and fall of the chest
30 chest pumps using two fingers at depth of 2 1/2 inches at the centre of the chest
with further 2 rescue breaths
stop after one min call for help.

place heal of hand at the center of the chest with the other hand on top
compress 30x
with 2x rescue breaths (pinch nose and give slow breaths)

check skin colour extremities temperature palpate peripheral pressure conscious level capillary refill time <2 sec BP check include glucose check DEFG

check input and output via charting
