A

> Supine

  • Air between the liver and diaphragm
  • Lucent liver sign
  • Rigler’s sign (double wall sign)
  • Falciform ligament sign
  • Inverted V sign (outline of lateral unbilical ligament)
  • Urachus sign (outline of middle umbilical ligament)

> Left lateral decubitus (Preferred - detect minimal air)
- Lying on left side, right side up
