A

start dull, diffuse in mid abdomen, nausea and anorexia, (Visceral pain)

Then serosa and somatic nerve pain, localized in RLQ

A

fever, abdominal pain, jaundice (Charcot’s triad)

Have chills, rigors, sepsis. Acutely ill, may be hypotensive, tachycardic. Epigastric and RUQ tenderness
