Killing someone to relieve suffering
What are the 2 types of euthanasia
Active- helping someone who wants to end their own suffering by dying
Passive- withdrawing medical treatment that might extend someone’s life
Arguments around the time limit on abortion
-some babies are born at 24 weeks and before, so think timeframe should be shortened
-some feel like there should be not time limit at all
Arguments around euthanasia
-incurable disease
-pressure
-protect lives
-some support it if the person will die from an incurable disease, the believe it is the kindest thing to do
-some feel that if it become legalised that they may feel pressured into it
-believe doctors should work to protect lives not end them
