Frank Hotchkins general info

Frank Hotchkins Memorial Training center is named after Frank Hotchkins because he was a LODD in the building. FF hotchkins had been a member for 3 1⁄2 yrs and was 24 yrs old when he died. On Sept 27 1980 FF Hotchkins responded to a structure fire at the naval and marine corps training center. While assisting witrh ventilation on the 2nd story roof he ell through the roof into room 212 and died. After that they renamed the center after him.
