Waiting Period
Usually 12 months, starting from the effective date of a health insurance plan during which benefits for pre-existing conditions are not provided.

Probationary Period

Revocable Beneficiary

Irrevocable Beneficiary
The beneficiary can only be changed with the written approval of the beneficiary
