- initial: Barium swallow X-ray/esophagogram = Bird
beak sign
-Confirmatory: Manometry/Esophageal pressure test

A
▪ Based on Surgical Risk
▪ Low surgical Risk - pneumatic dilation - Heller myotomy
▪ Esophagectomy ? - Sigmoid shape esophagus - Faliure of Heller myotomy
▪ High Surgical Risk - Botulin toxin injection in LES
