  • Amiodarone 300mg IV/IO push, second dose 150mg
  • Lidocaine 1-1.5 mg/kg, repeat at 0.5-0.75 mg/kg IV/IO over 5-10 minute intervals to a maximum of 3 mg/kg
  • Magnesium sulfate 1-2gs diluted in 10mL over 5-20 minutes

ROSC hypotension

  • IV bolus 1-2L normal saline or LR
  • Epinephrine 0.1-0.5 mcg/kg per minute
  • Dopamine 5-10 mcg/kg per minute IV infusion titrate to achieve systolic of 90 or more (for all of these)
  • Norepinephrine 0.1-0.5 mcg/kg pr minute

A

-Aspirin 160-325mg chewable aspirin
-Nitro 1 tablet every 3-5 minutes or one “spray”
up to 3 doses and make sure the BP stays above 90
-Morphine according to protocol and med control

  • Atropine IV dose 0.5mg bolus repeat every 3-5 minutes up to 3mg
  • Dopamine IV infusion 2-10mcg/kg per minute
