Triple warmer 1: Guanchong (Surge passage/gate)
Jing well point/ metal point/ entry point
L: On the ulnar side of the ring finger (4th digit), approximately 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nailbed.
A: clears heat, restores consciousness, stops convulsions, benefits the ears, benefits the tongue, clears pericardium heat
Triple warmer 4: Yangchi (Yang Pool):
Yang-source points:
L: At the wrist joint, in the depression on the radial side of the exterior digiti minimi tendon. Best found with the wrist and fingers in extension.
A: relieves pain, clears heat, harmonizes the stomach, promotes fluid transformation, benefots original Qi, benefits the ears, regulates shaoyang patterns
Triple warmer 5: Waiguan (outer passage/gate):
Luo-connecting point/confluent point of yang wei mai
L: 2 cun proximal to TW 4 between the radius and ulna, on the radial side of the exterior digitorum communis muscle.
A: expels wind heat, releases the exterior, benefits the ears, subdues liver yang, clears heat (in the head), opens the yang wei mai, relieves pain, and regulates shaoyang patterns
Triple warmer 6: Zhigou (Branch Ditch):
Jing-river point/fire point:
L: 3 cun proximal to TW 4 between the radius and ulna, on the radial side of the exterior digitorum communis muscle.
A: regulates Qi, expels wind heat, relieves pain, benefits the large intestine, clears heat (in the head), benefits the voice, benefits the chest and ribs, regulates conception vessel
Triple warmer 7: Huizong (meeting and gathering):
Xi-cleft point:
L: 3 cun proximal to TW 4, about one finger-breadth medial to TW 6, on the radial side of the ulna.
A: relieves pain, soothes the liver
Triple warmer 10: Tianjing (heavenly well):
He-sea point/ earth point:
L: When the elbow is flexed, the point is in the depression 1 cun superior to the tip of the olecranon.
A: relaxes tendons, resolves phlegm, dissipates masses, moves stagnation, clears heat, subdues rebellious Qi, relieves pain
Triple warmer 13: Naohui (Upper arm meeting):
L: On the line joining the olecranon and TW 14, at the posterior border of the deltoid muscle. This point is between the deltoid and triceps brachii muscles.
A: clears heat, relieves pain, resolves phlegm, dissipates masses
N: Radial nerve
Triple warmer 14: Jianliao (Shoulder Bone-hole):
L: Posterior and lateral to the acromion, in the depression about 1 cun posterior to LI 15. When the arm is abducted to 90 degrees, the point is in the depression appearing at the posterior border of the lateral end of the acromion.
A: expels wind, resolves dampness, relieves pain, moves blood
Triple warmer 15: Tianliao (heavenly bone-hole)
L: Midway between GB21 and Si 13, on the superior angle of the scapula
A: expels wind, clears heat, resolves dampness, relieves pain, opens the chest, regulates Qi
N: Accessory nerve
C: Lung (pneumothorax risk)
Triple warmer 16: Tianyou (Heavenly window):
Window of the sky point:
L: Posterior and inferior to mastoid process on the posterior border of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, level with Si 17 and UB 10. This point is approximately 1 cun inferior to GB 12.
A: clears heat, resolves dampness, relieves swelling, relieves pain, subdues rebellious Qi, regulates ascending and descending of Qi
Triple warmer 17: Yifeng (Wind screen)
L: Behind the lobule of the ear, in the depression between the mandible and mastoid process.
A: expels wind, clears heat, releases the exterior from the head, benefits the ears, relieves pain
N: Facial nerve
C: External jugular vein, internal and external carotid artery
Triple warmer 20: Jiaosun: (Angle Vertex):
L: Directly above the apex of the ear, within the posterior hairline
A: benefits the ears, benefits the eyes, benefits the teeth, expels wind
Triple warmer 21: Ermen (Ear gate):
L: In the depression anterior to the supratragic notch, just superior to the condyloid process of the mandible. This point is best located with the mouth open.
A: boosts hearing, clears heat, expels wind, dissipates cold, and benefits the ears

L: In the depression at the lateral end of the eyebrow.
A: expels wind, benefits the eyes, relieves pain
