A

place hand in ruq and apply pressure
tell patient breath in
stimulation of inflammed gallbldder = acute pain and stop of inspiration

Abdo Ultrasound: thickened wall, stones/sludge, fluid around gallbladder

Nil by Mouth
IV Fluid
Antibiotics oral co-trimoxazole plus oral metronidazole
ERCP
Cholecystectomy
