What is management of acute stemi?
A
Attach to ECG and monitor
Dual antiplatelet therapy: aspirin and ticagrelor
morphine
antiemetic e.g. metoclopramide
Then do either PCI or thrombolysis

What are the 5 different types of MI?
A
- MI event e.g. STEMI
- Increased oxygen demand e.g. HF
- sudden cardiac death e.g. ruptured AAA

4b) angiography
5) CABG.

Complications following MI?
A
Arrhythmia, AF, HF, myocardial rupture, mitral regurgitation.
