What are the primary differences between Premiere Pro and After Effects?
Premiere Pro is used to take bits from many different clips and arrange sequentially to create a project from start to finish, where After Effects is used to create complex visual effects, animated titles and work with 3D by stacking many visual elements on top of one another.

What is derivative work?
Derivative work is a new, original product that includes aspects of a preexisting, already copyrighted work. Also known as a “new version,” this work can include musical arrangements, motion pictures, art reproductions, sound recordings or translations. They can also include dramatizations and fictionalizations, such as a movie based on a play.
What is public domain?
Public domain is the status of a literary work or an invention whose copyright or patent has expired or that never had such protection.
What is Fair Use?
Fair Use is the doctrine that brief excerpts of copyright material may, under certain circumstances, be quoted verbatim for purposes such as criticism, news reporting, teaching, and research, without the need for permission from or payment to the copyright holder.

Creative Commons is an American non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share.
How do you keep the Project Panel organized?
Use folders to organize your media and compositions.
