What is the standard regimen for PID treatment?
If pt with hx of anaphylaxis to beta lactams?
A
Cefoxitin/cefotetan + doxycycline - outpatient ok to give one dose of cephalosporin + doxy x 2 weeks
If no beta lactams can do clindamycin + gentamicin
