  • The birth mother cannot validly consent to an adoption for 72 hours and if she signs the consent form within this window, it will not be considered valid; bio dad: at any time
• Revocation of consent:
  
  • A consent executed by the birth mother is irrevocable is attempt to revoke more than 30 days after consent was executed
