GI:
- N&V (carbamazepine, valproate)

- Behavioural disturbance (levetiracetam)

Cognition:
- Altered speech fluency (topiramate)

  • Most associated with 1st gen ASM
  • Blood dyscrasia
  • Hepatotoxicity (phenytoin, valproate, carbamazepine)
  • Pancreatitis (valproate)
  • Lupus like reaction
  • Exfoliative dermatitis
  • SJS/TEN
