work period followed by rest/recovery period

athlete working at 60%+ of their HR Max
sprinters, swimmers, cyclist, football
advantages and disadvantages of circuit training
advantages -develop different areas of fitness -little equipment -specific sport training disadvantages -rick of injury - can be boring
fartlek training
intensity if training is varied by running cycling or swimming at different speeds or different terrains
