Q

Preventing Hypoxia

A

Be in good physical condition
Avoid alcohol and smoking
People who live at high altitudes have advantage
Temperature extremes may make you more susceptible
Ascent slowly to aid in tolerance and watch for symptoms
Be aware your more susceptible during high physical activity
High Turbulence flights, etc
Fly at lower Altitudes or use supplemental Oxygen
Know the symptoms
