PROPELLERS - Confirm Taxi
FLAPS - Set 17°
BOTH EFIS DSPs - Set for Departure
ACTIVE & PRESELECT COURSES - Set
ONSIDE DATA - Set
HDG BUGS - Rwy Hdg
HSI POINTERS - Set as Req.
RADIO ALTEMETERS - Zero

RADAR - Test / Standby
PASSENGER BRIEFING - Send
CVR - Check Needle in Green Band
FDR - Warning Light Extinguished

Wait for Co-Pilot to select the Flight Director to G/A

ALT PRESELECT - Set
ADF - Set
TRANSPONDER - Set
TCAS - Test
GPS - Set

GO AROUND MODE - Select

  • LEFT BLEED AIR SWITCH - ENVIR Off
    » Check Left ENVR Off Annunciator Illuminated
  • LEFT BLEED AIR SWITCH - INST+ENVR OFF
    » Check Suction in Wide Green Arc & Pneumatics - Press 17.5-19.0Psi
  • RIGHT BLEED AIR SWITCH - ENVIR Off
    » Check Right ENVR Off Annunciator Illuminated
  • RIGHT BLEED AIR SWITCH - INST+ENVR OFF
    » Suction & Pneumatics - Zero
    » L&R “Bleed Air Fail” Annunciator Illuminated
  • LEFT BLEED AIR SWITCH - Open
    » Check Suction in Wide Green Arc & Pneumatics - Press 17.5-19.0Psi
  • RIGHT BLEED AIR SWITCH - Open

AFTER FLIGHT DIRECTOR WAS SET FOR GO AROUND - CAPTAIN

A

ELECTRIC TRIM - Check and Set
- Elevator Trim Switch - On
- Pilot & Co-Pilot Trim Switches - Check
- Pilot’s Trim will override Co-Pilot’s Trim
- Movement of only half of switch will not activate trim

TRIM DISCONNECT SWITCH - Press to 2nd Level & Release
- Pitch Trim Off Annunciator Illuminates
- Electric Pitch Trim - Deactivated
- Elevator Trim Switch - Off, then On
- Pitch Trim Off Annunciator - Off

ELEVATOR TRIMS - Set for Take-Off

PERFORM PANEL SCAN
- Read out Instrument indications

REQUEST AFTER START CHECKLIST

» Move Trim Switches as Directed by Captain

PANEL SCAN
» Follow the Captain through on Instrument Indications.
» Call out any Deviations

COMPLETE AFTER START CHECKLIST AND CALL
» After Start Checklist Complete
