Under the Duty of Obedience?
A
The agent must follow lawful explicit instructions of the principal. If the instructions are not clear, the agent must act in good faith and in a reasonable manner considering the circumstances. If an emergency arises and the agent cannot reach the principal, the agent may deviate from instructions to the extent warranted.
