Behaviour with the intention to harm
Instinct theory of aggression
-Aggression is instinctive and thus, a natural response
-The release of aggression is called catharsis
+Different people have different natural levels of aggression

Frustration aggression theory
-Frustration results after you are blocked from reaching your goal
-If frustration is punished it leads to more aggression

When people get frustrated, this increases arousal which creates a predisposition for aggression
