Carbon Monoxide (CO)
Comes from: Incomplete combustion of coal
Solved by: 3-way catalytic converters

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
From: pine trees, also in gasoline
Removed by: Dry scrubbers
respiratory irritant (glues, paints, plastics) and brown smog
Remember: She’s a granola girly and lives from the trees but also drives that uhaul, but suprisingly shes straight… so she only likes dry scrubbers
Methane (CH4)
Comes from: agricultural practices
is a greenhouse gas (we need to do less)

From: Gasoline

Remember: ocTANE sounds like proPANE which is basically like gasoline… right (you should know that it’s not) but anyway remember it that way

Remember: Only a dry cleaner would have a name like BENZENE, and he would drive an expensive car (gasoline). plus he would probably die of cancer :/

Sulfur Dioxide (SO2)

Removed by fluid bed combustion and dry scrubbers, is a criteria pollutant
Remember: Sulfer is basically Surfer, so he clearly likes fluid… bed combustion. And he would be gay obvi, so dry scrubbers. But like all gays, he’s picky with the criteria he needs

Think: Sulfur’s brother SulFATE. He’s the SECONDARY son and so he’s a lot more basic, and depressed (gray smog) but he’s also a gay surfer

Remember: Mercury is literally like the coolest little guy he EXPLODES VOLCANOES but he also likes humans and busting literally whatever he can find (he’s just cool like that)
